After several years holding Advanta business charge accounts they suddenly began to raise the
interest rates. Calls to their telephone reps are not at all helpful, except to be offered the option to close the account in order to remain at the previous, slightly lower but still outrageous rate of 32%. Payments are mostly consumed by the stupendous
interest charges. Mom and Pop businesses such as ours are breaking their backs to try and succeed, and this is bullying behavior is definitely an unneccessary challenge. Aren't
criminals supposed to be arrested?
This is behavior is definitely immoral and should be a crime!
